Join Portland Chapter for our 27th Annual Golf Tournament at Langdon Farms Golf Club!

Check-in will begin at 6:30 am with a Shotgun start at 7:45 am.

$155 per player or $620 for a team of Four.
Cost includes: Coffee & Muffins, Range Balls, Greens Fees, One Mulligan Per Player, Shared Cart, Lunch (Fried Chicken or Pulled Pork Sandwich)
Lunch Only – $40/Per Person

Purchase a Team or individual ticket through the AWMI Website!  Add any team member’s names to the notes section on the ticket.  We will gather final details closer to the event.

• Birdie Sponsor ($250) – Sponsor sign with company name at shared sponsorship hole. Company name & logo in the program, announced during lunch, and on the slide show
• Eagle Sponsor ($400) – Sponsor sign with company name at non-shared sponsorship hole. Company name & logo in the program, announced during lunch, and on the slide show
• Beverage Sponsor ($300) – Company name & logo on a beverage station and in the program, announced during lunch, and on the slide show
• Hole in One Sponsor ($500) – Sponsor sign with company name at designated hole in one tee box. Company name & logo in the program, announced during lunch, and on the slide show
• Photo Sponsor ($700) – Company name & logo included in the photo design and in the program, announced during lunch, and on the slide show
