We’re excited to have Katherine “Kit” Brown from Vigor LLC speak at our Annual Service Awards Dinner.

Katherine is Vigor’s Senior Program Director for Complex Fabrication with 25 years of industry manufacturing experience spanning from heavy structures to complex wafer fabrication equipment. With a strong background in organizational development and leadership, Katherine brings with her an innate ability to develop strong, highly functional organizations that are adaptable as the business needs grow. Katherine is a servant leader and started her grass roots as an Aviation Electronics technician in the United States Navy while working up in executive leadership across a broad career with companies such as Rockwell Collins, Motorola, The Boeing Company, Lam Research and most recently Vigor Works, LLC.

Katherine is a mother, athlete, and dedicated servant with strong ties to the aerospace and military sectors. She believes in mentoring and knowledge sharing coupled with a strong sense of ownership and execution. As a mother of four, Katherine believes strongly in family as both home and her place of employment and understands the struggles of the blue collared work force. Katherine takes pride in everything she does from work to pleasure and looks to serve her community the best way she can.
